Laminate Installation

Trust us with your laminate installation!

Laminate flooring is designed and engineered for easy installation, making it simple enough for many DIYers with some experience to install themselves. It's also much faster to install, since there is no need for adhesives or special tools. However, we still recommend professional installation to ensure everything goes right and to make sure the job is properly covered by your warranty.

What to expect during & after installation

On the day of your installation, you'll need to ensure someone who is at least 18 years old is home to show the installation team to the work area.

Many modern laminate floors are designed for a "floating installation" that doesn’t require glue, nails, or staples. Instead, laminate tiles & planks have unique tongue-and-groove edges that connect by simply locking into place. Once complete, the entire floor “floats” above the subfloor, expanding and contracting with the temperature and humidity changes in your home.

After installation, if you are sensitive to dust and odors, you should establish good ventilation by opening windows & running fans, if possible.
